Here comes

i take my heart

that i have broken

slip into the shoes

that children have sewed

i close the door

and leave the outspoken tremble inside

i fell for you and still i am falling

you caught me there

and now i‘m heading somewhere

i find myself thinking there are millions of people

who are worse off than me

and here comes the pain again

despite all the scars i grew

to keep me safe from this

the world is still turning

mankind still extending

expanding the limits of what we all need

there‘s no end in sight cause we passed it a long time ago

i watch the crows and it‘s getting colder

i thought things would get easier when i grow older

my head it itches

nothing to complain about in this picturesque scene

and here comes the pain again

despite all the scars i grew

to keep me safe from this

here comes the pain again

despite all the scars i grew

to keep this harm from me
